Terms & Conditions
1. The conference is allowed only to those who have submitted the relevant application form and settled financially.
2. The entrance and exit in the conference room is allowed only to participants who will have the special card, which they will receive in the process of registration or checking. The participants should have it during the conference.
3. The check in will start on Saturday 5th December 2009 at 12:00 am
4. With the check in, the participant receives a bag with conference material.
5. In order to participate in the conference's programs the participants must have the necessary sports clothes.
6. Participants must not leave personal items in the conference area and they have sole responsibility for the storage. The organizers are not liable for any consequential loss.
7. The participant must keep the conference's premises and its accessories (rooms - toilets) clean.
8. During the conference, participants must behave decorously and be fully cooperative with the leaders of Congress. They can be monitor whether or not contributing enough to avoid problems in the conduct of the course. The organizers have the right to remove the participants from the conference center and not allow the entrance.
9. In order the training to be complete and effective, participants must come to the scheduled time of attendance and leave at the end of that.
10. During the conference private video by any means (camera - cell phone) is banned. The whole Conference will be video taped and if the participants are interested in the video - DVD of any seminar, it will be provided by the organiser company Provision for Sports.
11. Any form of content (paper - electronic, etc.) of training material, training method, signals, choreographies and the structure is copyright of educational institutions involved in the Conference and is prohibited in any way to reproduce without the approval.
12. The conference program is valid until the time of printing. However, alternations may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Organizers reserve the right to change the details of this event without notice.
13. When circumstances force the organizers to cancel a conference, the liability of the organizers shall be limited to refund of any fees paid.
14. By completing the application (in paper or electronic form) or the payment of the cost of participation, the participants automatically accept the terms of participation and the rules of Conference and it constitutes a legally binding contract.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations must be made even when reservations without payment have occurred
2. Cancellations must be received in writing in order for refunds to be processed
3. 100% refund for cancellations received in writing by 30th of November 2009
4. 50% refund for cancellations received in writing by 4th of December 2009
