Training Courses Terms & Conditions:
1. The Training course is allowed only to those who have submitted the relevant application form and settled financially.
2. The participant receives a bag with Training course material and notes of the workshops they chosen.
3. In order to participate in the Training course's programs the participants must have the necessary sports clothes.
4. Participants must not leave personal items in the Training course area and they have sole responsibility for the storage. The organizers are not liable for any consequential loss.
5. The participant must keep the Training course's premises and its accessories (rooms - toilets) clean.
6. During the Training course, participants must behave decorously and be fully cooperative with the Master Trainers. They can be monitor whether or not contributing enough to avoid problems in the conduct of the course. The organizers have the right to remove the participants from the Training course place and not allow the entrance.
7. In order the training to be complete and effective, participants must come to the scheduled time of attendance and leave at the end of that.
8. During the Training course private video by any means (camera - cell phone) is banned. The whole Training course will be video taped and if the participants are interested in the video - DVD of them, it will be provided by the company Radical Fitness Cyprus.
9. Any form of content (paper - electronic, etc.) of training material, training method, signals, choreographies and the structure is copyright of educational institutions involved in the Training course and is prohibited in any way to reproduce without the approval.
10. The Training course program is valid until the time of printing. However, alternations may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Organizers reserve the right to change the details of any course without notice.
11. When circumstances force the organizers to cancel a Training course, the liability of the organizers shall be limited to refund of any fees paid.
12. By completing the application (in paper or electronic form) or the payment of the cost of participation, the participants automatically accept the terms of participation and the rules of Training course and it constitutes a legally binding contract.
Payment:
1. All registrations must be accompanied at least by a 100€ deposit.
2. The balance of the payment must be received by Radical Fitness Cyprus Ltd one week prior to the certification.
3. The standard cost of each two day certification is 220€ including V.A.T. This includes program release DVD, CD, choreography notes and relevant program manual.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellations must be made even when reservations without payment have occurred
2. Cancellations must be received in writing in order for refunds to be processed
3. Cancellations received by Radical Fitness Cyprus Ltd within 48 hours of the certification receive NO refund.
4. Cancellations received one week prior will be transferred to the next certification of that program.
